Living In Lithuania

NATIONAL VISA D (WORK PURPOSE)

1. Completed and signed application in the prescribed form, 1 recent passport photo 35×45 colourful, with white background.
2. A valid travel document (its period of validity must exceed the validity period of the requested visa by at least six months).
3. Valid health insurance, covering the duration of stay. The amount of medical insurance coverage – EUR 30 000.
4. A return ticket reservation.
5. Documents, providing the grounds for D visa (i.e. an alien has been granted a work permit or residence permit).
6. Mediation letter from the Employer in Lithuania.
7. Registration certificate of the company in Lithuania.
8. Documentary evidence of means of subsistence in the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Documentary evidence of work experience: 1) contract, 2) wage slips, 3) individual income tax certificate.
10. Documents, proving professional skills.
11. Consular fee.
